FLECHA is...
a 501c3 not-for-profit corporation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania serving the community of the Pocono Mountains since 2012. We strive to foster unity, progress and cultural affirmation for the growing Latino population of the Pocono Mountains, while we also work to increase respect for our peoples and their cultures in the larger community.
